The subject of this contract concerns the acquisition and implementation of laboratory equipment for haemattocytometry, for smearing and colouring samples for microscopic analyses and for a standardised morphological assessment of the elements by digital microscopy, in addition to the supply of the appliance-related consumables and reagents. The training of the healthcare professionals involved and a maintenance contract and support after commissioning are also part of this assignment

The devices and accessories improve the quality of analyses in the field of hematology and increase efficiency through an optimized workflow.

The registration involves a working solution - devices including accessories, accessories, links ICT, etc. so that the first use can take place safely in accordance with the planning - and that can evolve with future developments in the market.

The contractor offers a tailor-made solution according to the needs and available space of the contracting authority. Any necessary adjustments to the infrastructure within the available space must be described by the tenderer, the implementation of which is foreseen by az Sint-Lucas.

The contract consists of one (1) lot and is awarded to one (1) supplier. This is to ensure the optimal compatibility and operation as well as the after-sales service of the various systems.

The contract is concluded for a period of 8 years with the possibility of renewing twice for 2 years + 2 years respectively. A possible extension will not be tacit but will be explicitly communicated by the contracting authority. During the term of the contract, the contracting authority retains the possibility to negotiate a replacement of the analytical devices with the chosen tenderer within the framework of innovation.
