The Hochstrasse Weidetor in the course of the B3 within the city of Hanover must be replaced by a new building. The structure spans the inner-city roundabout Weidetor and is connected to the roundabout by ramps. The total span is 439 m.

Several possible solutions for the RQ 25 have to be developed for the new building. In the course of the variant development, the solution as a trough structure must also be examined and compared during the variant investigation.

The local public transport company is considering creating a new route for the light rail line within the district area. This planning is at an early stage and therefore does not allow an assessment of the route or the condition of the expansion.

The dismantling of the existing structure is also to be planned, taking into account the general conditions (see description of services and tasks).
