The purpose of this contract is for cleaning services of sanitation networks and maintenance and disinfection of drinking water tanks throughout the territory of the Régie des Eaux du Pays d'Aix. The contract is a framework agreement with purchase orders, which will be executed in accordance with Articles R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Order Code. This contract is allocated: - lot 1: Maintenance and cleaning of wastewater networks - lot 2: Disinfection of drinking water storage facilities. The contract is concluded for a period of 1 year from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024. This contract is renewable. It may be renewed 4 times 1 year by tacit agreement without exceeding December 31, 2028. the services consist in the provision of the human and material resources necessary to proceed with the execution of the services of this contract, on the territory of the Régie des Eaux du Pays d'aix. The holder of the contract must be aware of the location of the works and networks and undertakes to put in place adequate technical means to carry out the cleaning operations, unclogging in particular when it comes to networks in the city center or in the countryside. The services consist in the provision of mixed hydrocuring vehicles in order to carry out the cleaning, unclogging and systematic extraction of cured materials on the wastewater networks of the territory of the Régie des Eaux du Pays d'aix:- either preventively for a period ranging from one day to five consecutive days, According to a schedule established by the contracting authority, in this case the holder will apply for a road permit.- Either curatively, on request, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and must be insured within the hour. For this purpose, the holder will provide a unique telephone number to be used for requests for intervention outside working days and hours.

An operating procedure will be validated by the contracting authority, it will be composed of at least the following operations: - setting up the site - preparation of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, masks and protective glasses. - Emptying the tank completely using the appropriate shut-off valves.- Preliminary cleaning of the tank using a solution of water and mild detergent. Use of non-abrasive brushes to remove deposits and dirt from the walls and bottom of the tank. Rinsing with clean water to remove any detergent residue.- General rinsing of the tank and evacuation by emptying or pumping- preparation of the appropriate disinfectant solution according to the recommendations of the competent public health authority. Chlorine is commonly used as a disinfectant for drinking water. Carefully follow the manufacturer's instructions to obtain the appropriate concentration.- Disinfection of the tank with the prepared disinfectant solution. The solution must reach all the walls and bottom of the tank. Allow the solution to act for the recommended time to ensure proper disinfection. This can vary, but usually a contact period of at least a few hours is required.- Rinsing and emptying: After the contact period, rinse the tank abundantly with clean water to remove the disinfectant solution. All disinfectant must be completely eliminated.- Withdrawal of the site installation- Writing of a report on the general condition of the tank and provision of a cleaning and disinfection certificate for each work
