Renovation of the building automation for the heating / HVAC systems as well as individual room control in the floors.

The scope of the offer includes the refurbishment of the MSR technology:

- replacement of defective sensors / actuators,

- renewal of the control components DDC,

- automation stations renewal of the control cabinets commissioning,

- Visualization Connection to the building management system for operation-optimized plant utilization.

Operating concept via touch PC in the control cabinet front as a web client of the BMS, and remote control via the existing building management system, connection via network (DSL TCP / IP).
