The works generally comprise of the modernisation and renewal to both of the above lifts main components to include, lift pumps, motors, gear units, control systems, car and landing entrance equipment, lift car interior, complete rewire with new indication and control devices to both lifts.

The works are to modernise Firstly the existing Hydraulic Passenger Lift at Mornington House, Secondly the Top Drive Electric Lift at Riverstone. The lift site works shall run consecutively, with the lift at Mornington to commence first followed by commencement of Riverstone lift upon Full Completion upon at Mornington.
