Zadkine has flexible hiring questions at various times in the field of teaching and educational support staff. This concerns both (short) replacement, such as pregnancy or illness, as well as regular questions for which no own employees (can) be deployed. Zadkine does not wish to use payrolling but only to work on a temporary basis (allocation function). Offering candidates on the basis of payrolling is therefore not part of the assignment and is therefore not possible in a further question.
The tender consists of two lots. Tenderers may tender for both lots.
The purpose of the tender is to conclude six framework agreements with different contractors, who can provide staff divided into two lots: 3 suppliers for teaching staff and 3 suppliers for support staff up to scale 9.
Lot 1 - Teaching staffNo guarantees can be given about the size as it depends on the need at that time and the development of the workforce at Zadkine. In recent years, Zadkine has hired an average of 1,000,000 euros per year. No rights can be derived from this amount.
