Description:

We are seeking to issue a Contract for:

— An annual service maintenance and responsive repair of gas and oil fired appliances and installations throughout NPT Homes' properties, together with all associated central heating; all as detailed in the Specification including all labour, plant and materials required to carry out the works;

— A biannual service maintenance and responsive repair of solid fuel appliances and installations throughout NPT Homes' properties, together with all associated central heating; all as detailed in the Specification including all labour, plant and materials required to carry out the works;

— The provision of a 24 hour call-out service to attend to any malfunction, breakdown or failure of the appliance and its associated equipment, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year, including Public Holidays.

The Contract will be awarded to a single Contractor, to be carried out over a period of 7 years, with the option to extend for up to a further 3 years.

NPT Homes approximate annual spend on a gas, solid fuel and oil fired maintenance programme and responsive repair is 1 000 000 GBP per annum.
