Description:
SUPPLY OF DATALOGGERS AND INSTRUMENTATION FOR THE MEASUREMENT OF FLOW, PRESSURE AND QUALITY OF DRINKING WATER

The object of the contract is the supply of dataloggers and instrumentation for measuring the flow, pressure and quality of drinking water. UniAcque, in fact, as a result of districtualization activities of the aqueduct networks, needs to install systems for monitoring water districts that must consist of flow meters, pressure meters and self-powered water quality probes, equipped with dataloggers and data transmission system compatible with the protocols of the current remote control system. The description of the performance and the technical characteristics of the materials to be supplied are indicated in detail in articles 5 et seq. of the CSDP to which reference is made in full.

Uniacque has an integrated management system for quality, environment and safety through the application of UNI EN ISO 9001:2015, UNI EN ISO 14001:2015 and BS OHSAS 18001:2007 standards and also involves external professionals/suppliers in its improvement process.

The request for supplies will be made by BDR issued by the Customer's staff. In the aforementioned request will be reported:

• The order number (BDR);

• The type, quantity and method of delivery of the required instrumentation;

• The maximum time to make the delivery;

The delivery of the instrumentation must be made within the deadline indicated on the BDR, approximately within 45 calendar days and consecutive from the supply request.

Following the award of the supply in question, a first order will be issued for the supply of instrumentation, using a special BDR, to allow the start of activities related to the contract. The delivery of the supply requested in the first BDR must take place within 30 natural and consecutive days. The details regarding the type and quantity of this first order are shown in the table in art. 6 of the CSDP to which reference is made in full.

Together with the supply of the instrumentation subject to the tender, the contractor undertakes to provide training courses for a total number of hours equal to 36 hours in total related to the configuration, programming, installation, verification and maintenance of all the components supplied. All as better described in art. 10 of the CSDP.

In addition, the instrumentation must be sent complete with all the assembly, use and maintenance manuals, also in Italian, necessary for its correct use.

The Supplier shall also provide assistance to Uniacque S.p.A. in relation to the training of personnel on the use and programming of all the equipment supplied, the software configurations and services installed on the machines. All as better described in art. 11 of the CSDP.
