The subject of the contract is the provision of the Consultant's service related to the implementation of the contract for construction works. The service includes: provision of services in the field of investor's supervision, in accordance with applicable regulations and terms of the contract, including the provisions of this OPZ and construction management, representing the Ordering Party with all the consequences resulting from the binding law, the concluded contract, including the contract for construction works, design documentation. If necessary, to perform activities for the Contracting Authority necessary to fulfill reporting and other obligations resulting from the procedures of co-financing the task from the European Regional Development Fund, under the Regional Operational Programme of the Silesian Voivodeship for the years 2014 ÷ 2020.
