Providentia is a social housing company with a working area that extends over 26 municipalities and with a patrimony of approximately 3,250 residential units. Expansion to 4,000 homes is planned by 2025.
Providentia wishes to use an integrated software that supports the daily operation of the various services, with a focus on intuitive use, a user-friendly interface and improving the service. The software tool should, on the one hand, simplify and digitize internal processes and improve reporting to management and, on the other hand, serve as an external communication channel with adapted interfaces for tenants, site descriptors, technicians, contractors [...]. The software must allow a detailed inventory to be drawn up and a condition measurement to be carried out in accordance with NEN2767. Providentia is currently working with different software packages in the various departments (rental, HR, accounting, supplier interfaces). The purpose of this assignment is to use an integrated package that limits the number of different software packages. Projected term: 48 months after full implementation.
