Strzelecka in Warsaw ”on plot, no. 72/3 and 78/1 (infrastructure and entry) from precinct 4-13-01.

Development of the program and spatial concept along with preparation of multi-discipline project documentation and author supervision over construction works as part of the investment task entitled "Construction of a residential building with services, underground garage, technical infrastructure, entrances and land development at ul. Strzelecka in Warsaw ”on plot, no. 72/3 and 78/1 (infrastructure and entry) from precinct 4-13-01.

1) Stage I:

Preparation of the program and spatial concept for the task: "Construction of a residential building with services, underground garage, technical infrastructure, entrances and land development at ul. Strzelecka in Warsaw "on the plot, no. 72/3 and 78/1 (infrastructure and entry) from zone 4-13-01 presenting the possibility of building a given property

2) Stage II:

Includes the execution of construction projects along with obtaining the building permit

3) Stage III:

It covers the execution of all executive projects listed in the description of Stage II, including updating the 3D model (in nwd format) for the stage of the executive design, enabling inter-branch coordination in the model

4) Stage IV

The subject of the contract also includes the exercise of author's supervision by the Contractor, which will be implemented as required until the end of the investment, except that the minimum number of supervisions the Employer specifies: stay at least once a month during the entire construction period.
