The Contracting Authority does not reserve the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform key tasks related to the subject of the contract. Specialist equipment that the Contractor plans to use for the execution of works and subject to technical inspection should be registered in the Office of Technical Inspection and have a valid work permit (decisions of the Office of Technical Inspection). Any work that requires a licence to perform such work may be performed by persons who are authorised to perform such work. The sprayers that the Contractor plans to use to carry out the work should have up-to-date inspections. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract up to 50% of the estimated basic value of this contract. The tender deposit for Package No. 7 amounts to PLN 4,000. Performance bond - approx. 2% of gross remuneration.
