The object of the procurement is the cleaning services of Fingrid Oyj's head office at Läkkisepäntie 21, 00620 Helsinki, including maintenance cleaning as daytime cleaning on weekdays from Monday to Friday between 6.30 a.m. and 2.30 p.m. with the supplier's tools, machines and cleaning products, special cleaning according to a separate order, and the procurement of supplies specified by Fingrid on Fingrid's behalf. The area to be cleaned is approx. 6,500 m2 and the premises employ about 400 people.

The main object of the procurement is the maintenance cleaning of Fingrid Oyj's premises located at Läkkisepäntie 21, 00620 Helsinki, as daytime cleaning on weekdays from Monday to Friday from 6.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. with the supplier's tools, machines and cleaning products. The premises employ about 400 people and the area to be cleaned is approx. 6,500 m2, divided into floors as follows: basement 372 m2 (archive, storage, social facilities and simulator room), 1st floor 631 m2 conference center (guest lobby and meeting rooms), 2nd-5th floor 5082 m2 office premises (multipurpose space), 6th floor 421 m2 sauna department and meeting rooms. In addition, the area to be cleaned includes 3 staircases (1 staircase from basement to 6th floor and 2 staircases between 2nd and 6th floors) and elevators (2 staircases).
The tenderer must appoint at least two employees who will work 7.5-hour days at the site. Employees must have professional qualifications and experience in providing cleaning services at similar sites. Employees are required to give their consent to a basic security clearance in accordance with the Security Clearance Act and to a statement of the person's foreign interests, as well as to the fact that the above-mentioned reports have not revealed any reasons why the person could not be selected for the position on which the clearance is based.
The property's cleaning centre is shared between the service provider responsible for cleaning the property and the service provider responsible for cleaning Fingrid's premises. In addition, each floor of Fingrid's premises (1st to 6th floor) has one 3 m² cleaning closet.
The contents of maintenance cleaning are described in the appendix cleaning service instructions.
Special attention should be paid to the service instructions:
• Replenishment of sanitary supplies such as paper and soaps and cleaning of dispensers.
• Daily filling and hygiene cleaning of coffee machines (9 pcs) and water dispensers (1 pcs). The vending machines do not use fresh milk.
• Mechanical washing of dishes and emptying of machines. A total of 10 ordinary dishwashers.
• Emptying sorting containers: biowaste, plastic, paper, cardboard, metal, glass and mixed waste is sorted at the property. The Supplier is responsible for sorting the waste and takes care of delivering the waste to the appropriate waste containers in the property.
Procurement of supplies defined by Fingrid (such as toilet fresheners, dish brushes and garbage bags), sanitary paper, soaps and dishwasher detergents on Fingrid's behalf and in accordance with Fingrid's needs. Purchased supplies, sanitary paper, soaps and dishwasher detergents will be charged separately from Fingrid in accordance with the agreement.
The service to be procured also includes the distribution of morning early-morning newspapers in the lobby on the 1st floor and the Encounter Square on the 4th floor.
Special cleanings, such as cleaning windows, glass partitions and carpets, as well as cleaning of special facilities, such as data centres, are agreed separately according to Fingrid's current needs. In its tender, the tenderer must give prices for special cleanings under the criteria of the object of procurement. Basic window cleaning concerns the inner surface and the intermediate surfaces of windows that can be opened. There are venetian blinds on the windows, there are no venetian blinds on the glass partitions.
As an option, the provider may also offer possible additional services, the procurement of which is agreed separately:
