The procurement concerns a solution for the management of information related to the built environment in the form of documents, object models and object information in both the project and administrative phases. However, the solution is not covered by a project tool.

The solution will be delivered as a cloud service with overall responsibility for the delivery.

Overall responsibility means, among other things:

·         Provision of the Service.

·         Right of use to the service.

·         Implementation of the Service.

·         Customizations, updates, and new versions of the service.

·         Support and maintenance on the service.

·         Education.

·         Documentation.

·         Statistics.

·         Consulting services.

·         Decommissioning and handover.

The service must be delivered as a fixed price for the entire municipality.
