In the district of Seelze-Harenberg, a 4-speed primary school with gymnasium and a 4-group day care center are to be built. The subject of the tender is the equipment for gyms and indoor sports including sports equipment as fixed installations (climbing poles, wall bars, basketball hoops, etc.).
The object of the contract is the equipment for gyms and indoor sports including assembly/installation of sports equipment as fixed installations (climbing poles, wall bars, basketball hoops, etc.). Details can be found in the specifications. The delivery of the built-in parts for the shell is already required in week 19/2023!
The primary school and the gymnasium will be designed as a coherent building volume with a common main entrance. The day-care centre complements this address and forms an urban unit on the Harenberger Meile with the rest of the ensemble. The buildings are organized over up to three floors and thus incorporate the natural slope situation on the property into the internal structure. The primary school and the gymnasium will have a common foyer as the main entrance, which is accessed via a spacious vestibule from the forecourt. The main entrance of the daycare center is located directly adjacent and is connected by a common canopy with the access of the school and gymnasium. This creates a place that offers space for arriving together, lingering and exchanging ideas.
This gate situation leads down a large staircase between the two buildings into the open spaces to the north.
The schoolyard with the green classrooms and the outdoor play area of the daycare center also form a cross-age and shared area. The main entrance of the school leads via the foyer into the central heart of the primary school. A large staircase and the
gallery-like development of the vintage houses, offer an unobstructed view into the Feldmark and a light-flooded connection down into the two-storey canteen with adjoining stage and
All day area. Along the gallery, the administration and the teachers' room are arranged centrally and on a short way to the main entrance. The two year houses form the northern end of the primary school and are organized on two floors (E0 / E1). Immediately upstream are the
Student toilet as well as decentralised team rooms for the teachers.
The canteen offers up to 240 seats for school events. The adjoining kitchen receives the necessary ancillary rooms in the rear area.
The one-and-a-half-fold gymnasium is used in regular operation by the school and the kindergarten. Since the school uses the gym continuously during class time, the hall is designed to be divisible into two different sized areas. Each part of the hall receives an associated equipment warehouse. The changing and sanitary areas are designed for two groups/genders. Two changing areas and sanitary facilities will also be created for teachers. Between the gym and the school foyer, a seating multipurpose room with kitchenette and adjoining rooms is organized. Here, uses by the school and the kindergarten as well as by third parties such as sports clubs, the fire brigade or the local council are being considered. Due to the evening use of the club, the gym receives an independent access to
the west side of the building as well as an internal connection to the multipurpose room and the foyer. The multi-purpose room receives independent access via the common vestibule with the school. A central axis is divided adjacent to group cloakrooms and sanitary areas on the all-connecting play hallway. Analogous to the group rooms, the sanitary areas are flexible and equipped for cross-age use (2 WC Ü3 /1 WC U 3/changing table). On level 0, a brace of administrative and ancillary rooms, such as management and break rooms, as well as the kitchen with ancillary rooms forms the back of the day-care centre towards the southern parking space and the property development. The main entrance leads via a vestibule into the foyer of the daycare center. Here, the management office, the exercise room with therapy area as well as a barrier-free (visitor) toilet can be reached in a short distance and space for cross-group information exchange and stay. The foyer with its open staircase serves as a distributor to the respective group areas on level 0 and level -1. Thus, the streams of visitors are divided immediately after entering the building at an early stage. Immediately adjacent is a wheelchair-accessible elevator system for barrier-free access to both levels. On level -1, there is also a laundry room and a disabled bathroom with walk-in shower, wheelchair-accessible toilet and changing table.
A later increase in the size of the daycare center was statically taken into account in the load-bearing walls and the foundation. The separating walls between the group and differentiation volumes are neither static nor load-bearing, so that a flexible floor plan structure was planned.
