The subject of the contract is a service, within the meaning of Article 7(28) of the PPL, consisting in the development of design documentation (architectural and construction design and technical designs) for a selected implementation variant, selected on the basis of a multi-criteria analysis in the scope of three groups of criteria: transport, economic, environmental protection and social, for the investment entitled Construction of the Eastern Node in Bydgoszcz – Stage 1". The subject of the contract concerns the preparation of an investment that will be located along Fordońska Street from the intersection with Kamienna, Sporna and Pod Wiaduktem Streets to the intersection with Konduktorska and Kapliczna Streets, along with the adaptation of intersections and the necessary comprehensive land development.

The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the development of design documentation (architectural and construction design) for the implementation variant, selected on the basis of a multi-criteria analysis in terms of three groups of criteria: transport, economic, environmental protection and social, for the investment entitled Construction of the Eastern Node in Bydgoszcz – Stage 1". The subject of the contract concerns the preparation of an investment that will be located along Fordońska Street from the intersection with Kamienna, Sporna and Pod Wiaduktem Streets to the intersection with Konduktorska and Kapliczna Streets, along with the adaptation of intersections and the necessary comprehensive land development.

The order is to:

• preparation of a program-spatial concept for two road variants and two structural reconstruction (demolition and construction) of Warsaw Viaducts located along Fordońska Street in Bydgoszcz (DK 80) (along with the adaptation of solutions for the Eastern Node) to the extent necessary to carry out a multi-criteria analysis, a total of 4 implementation variants will be analyzed;

• preparation of materials for public consultations along with participation in public consultations and preparation of a report on public consultations;

• performing a multi-criteria analysis for all proposed variants according to the methodology of Prof. Wojciech Suchorzewski;

• development of an architectural and construction design along with obtaining a decision permitting the commencement of construction works (ZRID) along with obtaining all necessary opinions, agreements, decisions required to obtain a ZRID decision, including administrative decisions in the field of the environment and rainwater drainage (if necessary);

• execution on the basis of architectural and construction design and obtained decisions, arrangements, etc. functional and utility program;

• preparation of bills of quantities and multi-branch investor cost estimates as well as technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works.
