The in-house operation "Hanse-Kinder" of the University and Hanseatic City of Greifswald intends to build the new Regenbogen daycare center on the area of parcel 11/95 in corridor 11 in Greifswald. The day care center "Regenbogen" is located in the district Schönwalde I and was built in 1973 in prefabricated construction. Now this building is to be replaced by a functional energy-efficient new building with 153 places, of which 48 crèche and 105 kindergarten places. The daycare centers of the in-house operation "Hanse-Kinder" work according to the needs-oriented approach according to the principle of open work. The spatial structures must in principle be suitable for open work. Life cycle costs are an important basis for decision-making during the planning process. Here, different variants are to be examined and differences in costs between construction and operation as well as between different energy standards are to be presented. The building must be planned and constructed according to the principles of sustainable construction and should achieve at least 65% overall degree of fulfilment according to the NBB or DGNB as a target.
Building Physics - Thermal Insulation and Energy Balancing according to Performance Profile Building Physics HOAI 2013 Annex 1, 1.2.1 (2):
New construction of the Regenbogen day care centre 1st BA HZ III, minimum rate, acc. to HOAI, Anl. 1, Section 1.2.3, LPH 1-8 Auditing/Coordination of Sustainable Building:
The planning and construction of the day-care centre is to be carried out taking into account the evaluation criteria according to BNB or DGNB; the projects must be consistently measured against the corresponding criteria until completion. At least one DGNB gold or one BNB silver standard is to be implemented. Required service components are:
- Description of the requirements for planning and execution according to sustainability criteria and development
a target agreement according to the applicable system variant or the applicable usage profile - establishment of a management system that integrates a certification of sustainability into the construction process,
including fixation of interfaces, responsibilities, deadlines and processes - Continuous updating of the sustainability assessment as well as coordination and control of the
Verification from execution planning to completion Assessment status - Preparation of life cycle assessments (LCA) to an appropriate extent, including advice to the technical participants
