The contract to be awarded is defined as follows:
The use of a company doctor.
The company doctor requests medical information from medical specialists if necessary, objectifies and advises employees and managers about the employment opportunities of the employee in question. In addition, the company doctor can be consulted via the absenteeism case manager on the initiative of the employee on topics that concern his own health situation in relation to the performance of work.
OZHW works according to their own management model, where they are themselves case managers.
Reintegration processes are not part of the assignment.
The scope of the assignment is expected to be between € 125,000 and € 250,000 including VAT per year, with a maximum of € 1,000,000 for the entire assignment.
This is expected to amount to deployment on two fixed days a week.
At the moment there are approximately 1,300 employees within OZHW.
