1. The subject order is divided into two parts, where the subject of the order is:
1.1. for Part I - Delivery of hardware infrastructure and virtualization software
1.2. for Part II Delivery of network infrastructure
LOT-0001
Part I - Delivery of hardware infrastructure and virtualization software.
The subject of the order for Part I, referred to in section 4.1.1. of the Terms of Reference (ToR), includes deliveries of hardware infrastructure and virtualization software, listed in Annex No. 1 of the ToR, including: .
1. Under the guaranteed order, the Contracting Authority will purchase:
1.1. Type A Computing Servers – 14 pcs.
1.2. Type B Server - Arbiter – 2 pcs.
1.3. Production All-Flash NVMe Storage Array – 2 pcs.
1.4. Backup HDD Storage Array – 2 pcs.
1.5. SAN Switches — Fibre Channel 64G – 4 pcs.
1.6. LTO Tape Libraries – 2 pcs.
1.7. Virtualization software
1.8. Implementation, configuration, and migration services
1.9. Practical workshops for PFRON administrators
2. Under the optional order, the Contracting Authority will purchase:
2.1. Type A Servers – Computing – 6 pcs.
2.2. Production All-Flash NVMe Storage Array – 2 pcs.
2.3. Virtualization software
3. During the execution of the Subject of the order for Part I, the Contractor also undertakes to:
3.1. o implement the delivered solutions according to the guidelines of the Contracting Authority specified in Annex No. 1 to the ToR. In case of supplying an equivalent solution, the implementation will take place under the terms described in Annex No. 1 to the ToR. The Contractor will prepare post-implementation documentation
3.2. The Contractor will conduct on-site workshops on the delivered solution for the Contracting Authority’s employees according to the requirements specified in Annex No. 1 to the ToR.
4. Solutions delivered under the Subject of the order for Part I will be covered by a warranty provided by the Contractor according to the provisions of Annex No. 3 to the ToR – Draft Contract Paragraph 17
5. A detailed description of the subject of the order, terms of execution, and the Contractor’s obligations for Part I is included in the ToR - Annex No. 1 to the ToR and the Draft Contract Provisions (hereinafter DCP for Part I) – Annex No. 3 to the ToR.

Part II Delivery of network infrastructure.
1. The subject of the order for Part II, referred to in section 4.1.2., includes delivery of network infrastructure listed in Annex No. 1A to the ToR, including:
1.1. delivery of physical devices and physical network infrastructure components as well as software listed in the ToR,
1.2. provision of Technical Assistance and Maintenance services for the delivered hardware and software (hereinafter “TAM”) in the scope and manner described in the Contract and ToR.
2. During the execution of the Subject of the order for Part II, the Contractor also undertakes to:
2.1. o implement the delivered solutions according to the guidelines of the Contracting Authority specified in Annex No. 1A to the ToR
2.2. prepare and deliver post-implementation documentation according to the provisions of Annex No. 1A to the ToR
2.3. conduct workshops remotely or at the Contracting Authority’s premises on the delivered solution for 5 employees of the Contracting Authority according to the provisions of Annex No. 1A to the ToR.
3 Solutions delivered under the Subject of the order for Part II will be covered by a warranty provided by the Contractor according to the provisions of Annex No. 3A to the ToR – Draft Contract Paragraph 18,
4 A detailed description of the subject of the order, terms of execution, and the Contractor’s obligations for Part II is included in the ToR contained in Annex No. 1A to the ToR and the Draft Contract Provisions (hereinafter DCP for Part II) contained in Annex No. 3A to the ToR.
