The subject of the contract are plantings of bulbous plants in the belt of the division of Aleksandrowska and Zagajnikowa streets and in the green area at the intersection of Tymienieckiego and Kilińskiego streets in Łódź, which will be implemented as part of the participatory budget. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Annex 1 to the SWZ. The order was not divided into parts. Pursuant to Article 95 of the PPL, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or Subcontractor to employ persons on the basis of an employment contract performing the activities indicated by the Contracting Authority in the scope of contract performance, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 §1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1040, as amended), i.e.: The contracting authority requires that all activities consisting in the actual performance of services in the field of: bulbous plant planting services are performed by persons employed on the basis of employment contracts (Article 22 § 1 of the Labour Code)

The subject of the contract are plantings of bulbous plants in the belt of the division of Aleksandrowska and Zagajnikowa streets and in the green area at the intersection of Tymienieckiego and Kilińskiego streets in Łódź for an investment task under the Łódź Civic Budget. A mixture of bulbous plants in the case of Aleksandrowska and Zagajnikowa streets should contain such species as narcissus, tulip, garlic, crocus, camassia. The Ordering Party allows additional plant species in the composition, which will complement the basic mixture. Bulbous plants in the case of the intersection of Tymienieckiego and Kilińskiego streets are mixtures consisting of only two species of bulbs: in the case of the first mixture - yellow large-flowered crocus and yellow narcissus, in the case of the second mixture - blue sapphire and blue Siberian bulb.
