The tender relates to 2 Contracts for the supply of the following:
- Sub-agreement 1 Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) nodes and related networking equipment
- Lot 2 High Performance Computing (HPC) nodes and related networking equipment
The purpose of the tender divided into two sub-agreements is to tender and purchase for the existing server room environment at SDU eScience Center.
The new GPU nodes will be used to expand the existing DeiC Interactive HPC system at SDU eScience Center.
The new HPC nodes will be used to expand the existing DeiC Large Memory HPC system at SDU eScience Center.
Against this background, the Contracts will help the Client achieve optimal operation at SDU eScience Center by delivering GPU nodes and HPC nodes, respectively. It is therefore crucial for the Contracting Entity that tenderers focus their tenders on high-quality hardware that can perform optimally.

Introduction
Offer must include HPC nodes with GPUs and networking equipment that match or exceed the minimum requirements below.
The solution should include all necessary mains cables, ethernet cables for TOR switches (Dell S5232F) and InfiniBand 100 Gbps EDR cables.
All necessary rack mount rails, mounting kits and power cables must be included in the offer.
Offer must include on-site next-business day support with a minimum 5-year warranty.
GPU Noder
At least 2 compute nodes with GPUs are required. Compute nodes must be based on the latest AMD or Intel architecture with two CPUs per node and at least 48 cores per CPU. Each node must have at least 768 GB of DDR5-4800 memory. All memory channels for both CPUs must be filled and they must be filled with the same type of RAM modules.
Each node must have at least 4x Nvidia H100 cards with NVLink connections between all the GPUs.
The offer must include a minimum of 12 Nvidia H100 GPUs in total, across all nodes offered.
The nodes must also include an enterprise-grade SSD for the operating system with a minimum size of 480GB and certified to withstand at least one full disk write per day for 5 years.
In addition, the nodes must include an NVMe disk with at least 960 GB capacity.
To integrate with existing network environment, all nodes must include a 100 Gbps HDR InfiniBand adapter with at least 2 ports (based on ConnectX-6) and a 10/25 Gbps Ethernet adapter with at least 2 ports.

Offer must include two 100 Gbps Mellanox InfiniBand cables per node, compatible with Mellanox SB7800 switch series. Each cable must be at least 2 meters long.
Offer must include Ethernet splitter cables from 100Gbps to 4x25Gbps (QSPF28 to four SPF28, compatible with Dell S5232F switches). At least one cable per 4 nodes is required (e.g. 1 cable is needed for 3 nodes). Each cable must be at least 2 meters long.

The offer must include HPC nodes and network equipment that match or exceed the minimum requirements set out below.
The solution should include all necessary mains cables, ethernet cables for TOR switches (Dell S5232F) and InfiniBand 100 Gbps EDR cables.
All necessary rack mount rails, mounting kits and power cables must be included in the offer.

HPC Noder
At least 10 compute nodes are required. Compute nodes must be based on the AMD Zen4 architecture with two CPUs per node and 64 cores per CPU. Each node must be equipped with either 768GB or 1536GB DDR5-4800 memory. All memory channels for both CPUs must be filled and they must be filled with the same type of RAM modules.
The nodes must also include an enterprise-grade SSD for the operating system with a minimum size of 480GB and certified to withstand at least one full disk write per day for 5 years.
To integrate with existing network environment, all nodes must include a 100 Gbps HDR InfiniBand adapter with at least 1 port (based on ConnectX-6) and a 10/25 Gbps Ethernet adapter with at least 2 ports.
