The purpose of this consultation is the maintenance of the common areas and outdoor spaces of the OPH SAUMUR HABITAT's real estate portfolio.
The assets concerned by the maintenance services of this contract are divided into 3 geographical lots:
- LOT 1: Priority Neighbourhoods of the City (QPV) – 1256 housing units spread over 32 real estate complexes
- LOT 2: Saumur Agglo Nord – 453 housing units spread over 20 real estate complexes
- LOT 3: Saumur Agglo Sud – 733 housing units spread over 24 housing complexes
The services include:
- A flat-rate share which concerns the routine maintenance of all the common areas and outdoor spaces of each building complex defined by area of intervention and by periodicity
- A purchase order portion that concerns specific additional services triggered as needed by Saumur Habitat
Lot 1 is reserved for structures for integration through economic activity mentioned in Article L. 5132-4 of the Labor Code
