The contracting authority shall entrust the project author to be designated with the following tasks:
Familiarization and analysis of ICP PIMACI fact sheet(s)
Preparation of the preliminary project
Possible field surveys (topographical, etc.)
Safety and health coordination mission (study and implementation part)
Project development
Preparation of the planning permit application file
drafting of procurement documents (plans, MAO and CSCH quantity surveys)
Examination of tenders and analysis report
Site management and organization of necessary meetings (coordination, etc.)
Participation in provisional acceptance
Participation in final acceptance
Establishment of the final statement
