The subject of the contract is the delivery within 36 months of reagents, control material and consumables necessary to perform 370,000 blood count tests (including 140,000 CBC determinations and 230,000 5-DIFF determinations) along with the lease of six hematology analyzers connected to the Computer System Blood Bank for the Regional Center for Blood Donation and Blood Treatment in Wrocław and Field Branches (TO) in Głogów, Legnica and Lubin.

Hematological analyzers type CBC + 5DIFF, brand new, year of manufacture min. 2021 with a computer, monitor, laser printer enabling printing of results with graphics and UPS (maintaining voltage for a minimum of 30 minutes).

Haematological analyzers may differ in throughput, assuming that they have related software that allows substantive support

(in terms of service) of users in various locations by employees of the HEmatology Laboratory of RCKiK in Wrocław and employees of DZJ

Reagents, control materials and consumables should make it possible to manufacture

370,000 blood counts (including 140,000 CBC determinations and 230,000 5-DIFF assays), not including daily internal and periodic external quality control and validation and revalidation of the method during the lease period.
