Description:
Preparation of the pre-selection of the starting points for the location of the state special plan for the electricity connections of the Gulf of Riga offshore wind farm, the assessment of relevant impacts, incl. the preparation of the KSH program for the Ministry of Finance

The purpose of the state's special plan and strategic environmental assessment is to plan the electricity connections of the Gulf of Riga offshore wind farm to the onshore core network.

The procurement will find a service provider who will consult the Ministry of Finance in the development and implementation of the strategic environmental assessment program for the pre-selection of the location of the state special plan for offshore wind turbine connections in the Gulf of Riga.
