Call center services in the field of statutory health and long-term care insurance
The subject of this call for tenders is the award of call centre services.
These include the acceptance and execution of telephone customer inquiries outside opening hours as well as in times of increased telephone traffic during the opening hours of BMW BKK.
All accepted and conducted interviews must be documented. The required entries in the customer's customer system must be made.
For incoming calls between 8.00 pm and 7.00 am as well as on weekends and public holidays (24 hours), telephone availability should be ensured by an answering machine at the contractor. The calls are routed accordingly.
