The contract in accordance with § 140a SGB V on risk assessment, interdisciplinary counselling, genetic testing, the Intensified Early Detection and Aftercare Programme (IFNP), including cross-sectoral cooperation and information on measures for patients and non-sufferers with familial burden of breast or ovarian cancer and their relatives (FBREK contract), is to be implemented on 01.01.2023. Membership is possible at any time. Existing FBREK contracts with the vdek are cancelled by concluding an FBREK open house contract. FBREK - Contracts in the open house procedure vdek - 238 - 2018 are considered terminated from 31.12.2022.
As part of the open house procedure, the vdek intends to conclude contracts for special care with all suitable hospitals approved in accordance with § 108 SGB V (familial breast and ovarian cancer centres). Membership is possible at any time, provided that the aptitude requirements set out in Appendix 1 to Annex 2 are met by the FBREK Centres. Joining health insurance funds must sign the declaration of membership in Annex 14. This notice does not concern the award of a public contract within the meaning of the Public Procurement Directive (2014/24/EC) or antitrust procurement law. In order to provide the widest possible information to interested companies, this announcement is published in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union. In the context of the present procedure designation "Open Procedure" Notice text (section IV.1.1) and the indication of the award criteria (section II 2.5) are due to the requirements of the notice form and have no further meaning. The use of the announcement form and the "TED" for the present open house procedure does not entail any submission to procurement law regulations.
