HVC intends to enter into a framework agreement with one party, an insurance broker or an insurance company, for the conclusion of a fleet insurance for signed and unsigned motor vehicles and/or work equipment in accordance with the Motor Vehicle Liability Insurance Act (WAM) and Passenger Damage Insurance (SVI) and optionally extended at vehicle level with hull coverage and related services related to the management and administration of insurance policies.
