Reconstruction of the existing power connection built under the building permit No. 1880p/2019 of December 3, 2019 consisting in the execution of construction works related to the foundation of the photovoltaic farm along with its integration with the existing energy consumption systems of the Mazovian Provincial Hospital Drewnica Sp. z o.o. The order includes: design and construction of a photovoltaic installation and integration of the installation with existing energy consumption systems.

The order includes:

1) design and construction of a photovoltaic installation;

2) integration of the installation with existing energy consumption systems.

The subject of the contract consists, m.in.

1) carrying out the necessary formal and legal procedures and obtaining the required consents, permits, regulations or administrative decisions;

2) obtaining conditions for connecting the generating source to the network;

3) design of construction works, including execution of construction design, executive design, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works; obtaining by the General Contractor of the Investment on behalf of the Contracting Authority all conditions, opinions, expert opinions, arrangements, decisions and permits necessary to perform construction works covered by the Investment;

4) purchase, delivery and assembly of necessary materials and delivery as well as execution of necessary construction and installation works:

5) installation of a photovoltaic installation, as well as its connection to the existing power infrastructure and the existing PV installation;

6) commissioning of built-in equipment and installations made;

7) integration with the existing Building Management System;

8) preparation of as-built documentation;

9) obtaining by the General Contractor of the Investment all decisions and permits and making notifications and arrangements necessary to allow the Investment to be used;

10) performing the necessary training of the staff.
