This is a tranche contract concluded pursuant to Articles R. 2113-4 to R. 2113-6 and R. 2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code, including a firm tranche at a fixed price and an optional tranche 1 which will be the subject of a framework agreement with purchase orders with a maximum amount. The environmental assessment required by Directive 2001/42/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 June 2001 on the assessment of the effects of certain plans and programmes on the environment has three objectives:1.to assist in the preparation of the Plui-D by taking into account all the fields of the environment and identifying its effects on the environment2.to contribute to the proper information of the public and to facilitate its participation in the decision-making process for the preparation of the Plui-D3.Enlighten the authority that decides the Plui-D on the decision to be taken
