The contract concerns the cleaning service, with reduced environmental impact, of the offices and buildings managed by Uniacque, which includes the overall organization of the activities as well as the coordination of the service in question.

The Special Descriptive and Performance Specifications define the minimum requirements necessary for the performance of the cleaning service and, in general terms, provides:

• cleaning of the premises and buildings used for the provision of the integrated water service, including the provision of tools and equipment to be used for this purpose, the supply of cleaning products;

• the supply including the refilling of the relative distributors of consumable products, and anything else necessary and possible, for personal hygiene and waste collection. All as better specified and described in the CSDP.

The cleaning service must be carried out continuously and without interruption with the timing, conditions and according to the methods specified in the CSDP, and attachments, also guaranteed in August and temporarily in evasion of the requests of the RpE.

The service hours will be agreed with the Customer's RpE.

The service must be carried out in such a way as not to hinder the activities of the Customer in the time slot between 16.45 and 19.45 on days from Monday to Friday and, where applicable, from 8:00 to 12:30 on Saturdays excluding holidays.

In particular, times and methods will be defined for the execution of interventions at the technical premises (confidentiality and data security).

Uniacque has the right to change the service hours at the individual offices or properties by notifying the Contractor by e-mail, which must accept without submitting exceptions or requests for further fees.

The cleaning service of offices and buildings is divided into 3 types of intervention:

• TYPE A: daily passages (from Monday to Friday) or on predetermined days;

• TYPE B: weekly passages;

• TYPE C: interventions on request.

For the execution of the service Uniacque provides the free supply of water and electricity.

The Contractor is responsible in all respects for the exact fulfillment of the conditions of the contract and for the perfect conduct and execution of the activities entrusted to him, it being explicitly understood that rules and requirements contained in the contract documents are recognized by him as suitable for achieving these purposes.

It assumes full responsibility for all purposes of civil and criminal law for any injuries to its operators, damages and harmful consequences occurred as a result of the performance of the service, and is solely responsible for the execution of the activities contracted to it.

It is also solely responsible from a technical and administrative point of view for its staff, the products supplied, the means and tools used for this purpose, both directly and indirectly.

All as better described and articulated in the CSDP and in the tender documentation.

Uniacque, through this contract, intends to pursue the objectives of environmental sustainability, through the reduction of the environmental impact of the requested service, also through the application:

• of the Minimum Environmental Criteria (hereinafter also only CAM) pursuant to art. 34 and 71 of Legislative Decree. 50/2016 and referred to in the Decree of 29 January 2021, published in the Official Gazette no. 42 of 19 February 2021 for the cleaning and sanitization service of buildings and environments for civil use and for detergent products, with the amendments made by Decree of 24 September 2021, published in the Official Gazette no. 236 of 2 October 2021.
