Comprehensive banking service for the Starogard Poviat budget in 2019-2022, including the poviat budget account, the accounts of the budget unit of the Poviat Starosty in Starogard Gdański and the organizational units of the Starogard Poviat.

1. The subject of the contract is comprehensive banking service for the Starogard Poviat budget in 2019-2022, covering the poviat budget account, the accounts of the budget unit of the Poviat Starosty in Starogard Gdański and the organizational units of the Starogard Poviat.

The scope of the contract includes:

- opening and maintaining current and auxiliary accounts,

- the possibility of opening and maintaining other current and auxiliary accounts, the necessity of which will arise on the part of the Employer and the organizational units during the term of the contract,

- confirmation of the opening and closing of bank accounts,

- execution of transfer orders submitted in electronic and paper form,

- issuing and servicing payment cards, at the request of the Employer and organizational units;

- accepting cash deposits and making cash withdrawals,

- issuing checks at the request of the Employer and organizational units,

- issuing banking opinions and certificates, at the request of the Employer and organizational units;

- issuing invoice history at the request of the Employer and organizational units,

- confirmation of bank account balances, at the request of the Employer and organizational units;

- "zeroing" current and auxiliary accounts, as per instructions, consisting in transferring on December 31 of each year the amounts remaining on the abovementioned accounts to the current account indicated by the Ordering Party,

- implementing a system of electronic bank account servicing on any number

Positions at the Employer and organizational units;

- interest on funds accumulated on the bank accounts of the Employer and organizational units based on the variable WIBID 3M rate,

- interest on funds on an Overnight deposit based on the variable WIBID 1 M rate on bank accounts selected by the Employer,

- depositing free funds on term deposits on individually negotiated terms,

- granting a credit in the Employer's current account to cover the poviat's budget deficit during the transitional year up to the amount of PLN 1,000,000 in each calendar year,

- launching and operating a ticket office in the building of the seat of the Poviat Eldership in Starogard Gdański, ul. Kościuszki 17,

- financial consultancy in the scope of the agreement on banking services for the poviat budget and in the scope of obtaining sources of financing tasks and poviat investments.
