On behalf of Nordvision, Norsk rikskringkasting (NRK) has conducted a negotiated procedure for the delivery of a new solution for programme distribution (Nordif3). The purpose of Nordif 3 is to exchange news items and long format programmes between the Nordic countries Nordvision has chosen a solution that meets the requirements for the core functionality as well as fulfilling the need for:

— Ease of use: interface and integration,

— Manageability: Stability, support, monitoring,

— Speed / throughput.
