See II.2.4
The contract includes a framework agreement for the supply, commissioning, training and maintenance of an integrated solution of an electromagnetic navigation system with associated instruments, various micromotors and handpieces with relevant consumables for state-of-the-art ENT interventions, in particular rhinology (FESS) and otology. The purchase is part of an expansion and completion of the existing park of such solutions on our various campuses.
The complete system for ENT surgery must offer integrated navigation, tracking and control for the micromotors and various handpieces. ZNA therefore considers the navigation system and associated instruments as 1 cooperating whole.
ZNA requires tenderers to also pay particular attention to how its use can contribute to the principles of value-based healthcare (e.g. through more efficient workflows and shorter procedures, better patient comfort and recovery, training and simulation, risk reduction, etc.) and sustainable sustainability aspects (e.g. energy efficiency, recycling, ecological material use, consumables, life cycle, etc.).
Finally, the supplier must be able to offer a high form of support both in maintenance and training, ensured by a continuous availability of assigned Dutch-speaking technicians and highly qualified application specialists while guaranteeing a short response and intervention time.
