Maintenance of the valve installations on the groups managed by the OPH of Vitry.

This contract concerns the provision of maintenance services for the valve installations on the property managed by the OPH. In order to limit excessive water consumption (leaks) and infiltration among tenants, the market provides for the maintenance of taps, flushes, siphons and silicone seals. It is a market for monitoring and maintaining water distribution devices, without in any way modifying the current distribution. The contract is treated at a global and fixed price for current maintenance services and at unit prices for additional work (on estimate accepted and within the limit of 25,000 EUR excluding VAT per year).
