The City of Rovaniemi will build the Vaaralampi community centre in accordance with this contract notice and its appendices. The community centre will house facilities and functions in accordance with the project plan.

The project will be implemented as a collaborative kvr contract.

The City of Rovaniemi will build the Vaaralampi community centre as a cooperative KVR contract. A more detailed description of the content of the project is presented in the project plan drawn up by the client.

The procurement procedure shall be the competitive dialogue.

Three bidders shall be selected for the tendering procedure. The criteria for the selection of operators to be put out to tender are set out in this contract notice, in the ESPD form and in the annexes to the contract notice.
