Sida invites tenders for an Evaluation of Sida financed interventions for increased access to Electricity for poor people, with case studies in Tanzania and Mozambique in accordance with this tender documentation. The purpose of the evaluation is to analyse what the results have been and what makes electricity programmes successful. The findings of the forthcoming evaluation will be used as input to guidelines for how to plan similar future cooperation.
