UM manages and maintains approximately 40 buildings in the municipality. They are eligible for sustainability through LED lighting and/or a new installation. This assignment concerns a number of buildings (phase 1):

• TS 53 (Specifications 1)

• Build 1-3 (Scope 2)

• UNS 40 (Specifications 3)

• LEN14-MBB8-SSK39-TAPB-TAPX- GL17 (Specifications 4)

The replacement of approximately 12,000 luminaires will take place next year (2023-2024) so that it fits in with the client's budgetary frameworks.

UM also intends to implement phases 2 and 3.
