The subject of the contract are construction works of buildings and linear objects in the K-2725 complex and the K-931 complex for the investor's task: "Modernization of the complex in electricity, heat and water" CSWLąd K-2725.

Adaptation of linear and building objects to current and future user needs

taking into account applicable technical standards and regulations.

Implementation of backup heat and electricity supply.

The project is located in a closed area of an active military unit.

Due to its function, there are buildings and construction facilities of a basket character: office and staff buildings, training, technical, workshop and general military buildings. The main urban layout are barracks buildings built in the years 1913-1945. They are complemented by buildings completed after 1945.

The area of the complexes is entirely fenced. The main entrance is located at Wojska Polskiego Street and from Podolańska Street and Dojazd Street.

Individual buildings are connected by a network of roads and internal pavements with a paved and unpaved surface.

The area is covered with trees and shrubs, in particular the main urban layout of the barracks buildings.

The entire area of the military complex is armed with basic networks and external installations.

Designed land development

The designed land development is related to construction works at the demolition of existing buildings, at the construction of new buildings and renovations, reconstruction and construction of linear objects related to the implementation of this investment task. The following issues have been identified:

construction of the reserve boiler house – building No. 134 with a fuel tank and construction of the ST1 transformer-distribution station – building No. 136 and the AP1 power generator – construction object No. 144,

construction of ST transformer and distribution stations and AP power generators: ST-2 and AP2, ST3 and AP3, ST4 and AP4 – buildings No. 137, 138, 139, 145, 146, 147,

demolition of the existing transformer-distribution station building - building no. 51,

Demolition of the existing transformer-distribution station building - building No. 67.

In the case of demolition of buildings, levelling and reclamation of the area for the purpose of biologically active land is planned. These activities concern demolition works at the following buildings:

transformer and distribution station building – building no. 51,

transformer and distribution station building – building no. 67,

In the case of the implementation of new buildings, new paved surfaces (maneuvering yards, sidewalks – depending on the object), biologically active surfaces and land hazard for the separation of protection zones at water intakes were designed. Such solutions address the following issues:

construction of the reserve boiler room building – building no. 134 with a fuel tank – construction object no. 152 and construction of the transformer and distribution station ST1 – building no. 136 and the AP1 power generator aggregate – construction structure no. 144,

construction of ST transformer and distribution stations and AP power generators: ST-2 and AP2, ST3 and AP3, ST4 and AP4 – buildings No. 137, 138, 139, 145, 146, 147,

construction of a protection zone around well 2A – building structure No. 149, 2B – building structure No. 150, 2C – construction object No. 151.

In connection with the construction works on linear objects, it is planned to restore elements of the existing land development:

pavement surface from materials existing after construction works related to linear and object works covered by the task.

in roadways and squares after obtaining a degree of soil compaction with a coefficient of Is = 1.00 on the Proctor scale at a depth of 37.00 cm from the existing elevation of the roadway, square, aggregate ... thickness ~ 31.5 mm with a layer of 25 cm,

Land balance

The area of the complex is 37.9844 ha = 379 844 m2 = 100%:

plot No. 15/87 with an area of 37.5882 ha,

Plot No. 16 with an area of 0.3962 ha
