Concerns the provision of a SaaS service for an electronic learning environment (ELO) consisting of:

a) Delivery of an ELO that offers at least the same functionalities as those used in the current situation.

f) Delivery of modules with functionalities to realize or better realize the desired situation

g) Future upgrades of the offered ELO.

The schools of Noorderpoort form a regional training centre (ROC) on a generally special basis. Our schools are spread over the province of Groningen and in the municipality of Assen. Providing good education is our core activity. Noorderpoort is active at all levels of MBO education and in almost all fields of work: from healthcare to hospitality and from mobility to technology. In addition, we offer more and more (parts of) training courses as contract education for further, further and retraining. Both for companies and municipalities. In addition, we carry out educational and integration programmes.

The objective of Noorderpoort with the ELO for MBO is formulated as follows:

"Ensuring that the education of students is as close as possible to the current developments in the future field. This is done by enabling time and place to provide education independently through the availability of an intuitive and secure electronic learning environment. In this environment, learning routes and testing can be set up quickly and easily and the progress of students can be monitored and analyzed."
