The purpose of the acquisition is to acquire a digital business platform and microservice solution for ANS Finland and Traffic Management Finland Oy (including ANS Finland, Finrail, Intelligent Traffic Management Finland Oy (ITM Finland), Vessel Traffic Services Finland (VTS Finland). The main goal of the partnership is to gradually build a digital business platform for the subscriber, which will be able to flexibly deliver tailor-made electronic services to ANS Finland - and, as a first step, to provide a common platform for these different services. are not included in the acquisition, but will be purchased by ANS Finland separately / using the solution already provided by Traffic Management Finland Oy.

The subject-matter of the procurement and its requirements are described in the initial invitation to tender and its annexes. One million euros has been earmarked for the platform platform, which is the primary target of the acquisition, and for ANS Finland Oy's micro service solutions. Other options for microservices and platform extensions as well as possible support and maintenance services are available during the contract period for an amount of EUR 3 million. The contracting entity seeks high-quality procurement with the procurement, while maximizing its contribution to the partnership by (1) delivering expertise and work (included hours) and (2) ready-to-use solution components or (3) other resources to support the project.
