Explanation: this assignment concerns the appointment of an entrepreneur who will be responsible for cleaning various offices of the contracting authority. It concerns seventy typical health insurance offices, varying in size. It also concerns window washing (inside / outside).

In order to verify the quality of the services provided, an external partner will be used to perform random checks in accordance with the NEN-EN 13549: 2001 standard.

Both the staff who carry out the cleaning assignment and the SPOC are expected to have a command of Dutch.

The contractor must also take over a number of salaried employees from the contracting authority (maximum 8.17 FTE) in accordance with CLA 32 Bis.

Place of delivery: spread over the province of Antwerp.
