The Contracting Authority invites tenderers to participate in a tender contest for telephony services. The contracting authority shall enter into separate framework agreements with 1 provider. The purpose of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority's current requirements for telephony services with emphasis on the reference customers' experienced quality, reliability and user-friendliness. The procurement does not include end-user equipment such as mobile telephone, etc. The services shall be delivered free of charges without any form of bindings. The contracting authority aims at entering into a 2 year framework agreement, with option for the contracting authority to prolong the agreement with 1 year + 1 year.
