The aim of this procurement is to continue and improve the existing measuring service on Nettfart.no and Nettfart's mobile apps for iOS and Android, by moving the majority of the production environment to the cloud. Nkom expects that such a move will strengthen the availability of the service, make it more robust and secure, increase scalability and increase the possibility of developing new functions - both for end users and Nkom as the system owner.

The tenderer must take responsibility for maintaining the current measuring service in its present design and form. The tenderer must also deliver new functionality by making changes to the current web portal (the website that provides various options to visitors of Nettfart.no) and the mobile app. This includes the back-end solution and server-side software for measuring and storing individual measurements, and the portal that Nkom uses for maintenance and configuration changes.
