The purpose of this consultation is to ensure the day-to-day care and maintenance of waste collection centres, as well as the management, excluding door-to-door collection, of waste from the territory of the Beaune Côte et Sud urban community.

This is an open call for tenders pursuant to Articles L1111-1, L1111-4, L2124-1 and L2124-2 and Articles R2124-1 and R2124-2-1° of the French Public Procurement Code.

This contract will take effect from 1 January 2024 for a period of 5 firm years.

Applicant-initiated variants are allowed for lots 2 - 3 - 4 and 5 only. The candidate will be able to propose a variant provided that he or she has responded to the basic offer. The variant may focus on more sustainable means of transport (biofuel, electric vehicles, hydrogen, etc.).
