The service to be provided will have as its primary objective the protection and surveillance of the building as well as the management of its reception. For this, the successful tenderer must carry out the necessary security and auxiliary services (concierge) work, in order to guarantee the safety and the normal development of the activities of the IMDEA Materials Institute.

The service will include the management of the reception of the building during the day and the surveillance and protection of access during the evening / night of the headquarters of the IMDEA Materials Foundation. The scope of the benefits and the characteristics are specified in the Specification of Particular Technical Prescriptions.
