We request your offer to provide filters for real estate ventilation machinery managed by Jyväskylä Education Group Gradii in accordance with this call for tender and its annexes for 2022-2024. The acquisition includes a potential option year.

The acquisition is subject to the acquisition of normal coarse and fine ventilation filters (EPM1-EPM10, Coarse) required by Jyväskylä Training Group. The acquisition does not apply to HEPA, activated carbon and special ventilation filters.

The properties of the Jyväskylä educational group Gradia (going to be a subscriber) have public educational institutions teaching and workspaces. The Gradia-real estate business institution is the common services unit responsible for the real estate of a municipal corporation.

One (1) bidder is selected as the contract vendor, able to provide all the filters pertaining to the procurement and the invitation to tender. Based on past experience, it is not necessary to distribute the acquisition. Subscriber and

it is clearer for property managers making filter orders when all the filters on the subscriber's properties are behind a single order system. Parts and alternative offers are not accepted.

The purpose of the tender is to obtain filters that are economically advantageous to the contracting entities. The overall economic affordability of filters is compared based on the cost of running and procurement of filters.

The tenderer shall have access to an LCC calculation programme to calculate the most economically economical filters per property. The requirements and criteria for ventilation filters and service are further detailed in the tender documents.

The contracting entity shall have the right to verify the information provided by the tenderer in its documents before making a procurement decision or any other decision. If the information provided is not correct, the tenderer shall be excluded from the invitation to tender.

The tenderers shall not be compensated for the tender or for any other participation in the procurement procedure. There are no introductions to the destinations. The bidder can choose to consult the destinations on its own initiative by agreeing with the subscriber's representative.

The offer with the attachments must be submitted in Finnish. As an exception, test reports for filters may also be in English. Communication included in the acquisition, orders and customer service is carried out in the Finnish language. The contract supplier complies with Finnish laws and regulations, other regulatory regulations, EU law, procurement and instructions issued by the subscriber. The contract supplier will provide information to its staff and provide proper supervision.
