The subject of the order is a service consisting of receiving, transporting and landscaping of municipal waste from property inhabited within the Warka Municipality.

EXCEPT will collect and use waste from inhabited property and PSOK listed in the table (Data on the subject of the order) codes 15 01 01 01, 15 01 02, 15 01 04, 15 01 05, 15 01 06, 15 01 07, 15 01 10*, 15 01 11*, 16 01 03, 17 01 01 01 01 04, 20 01 01 01 01 01, 20 01 01 11, 20 01 11, 20 01 11, 20 01 11, 20 01 11, 20 01 11, 20 01 11, 20 01 11, 20 01 11, 20 01 11. 20 01 21 *, 20 01 23*, 20 01 26*, 20 01 27*, 20 01 32, 20 01 33*, 20 01 34, 20 01 35*, 20 01 36, 20 01 39, 20 01 40, ex 20 01 99, 20 02 01 01, 20 03 01, 20 03 07. awka” according to the schedule. The Contractor shall collect from the Ordering Party a list of addresses of inhabited property and draw up a timetable for the export of segregated and unsegregated (mixed) municipal wastes.2) The Contractor shall collect from the owners of the property of the inhabited unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste from the owners of the property inhabited containers with the following frequency: (a) not less than three times a week from multi-family buildings (excluding statutory days) and at the request of the Ordering Party, (b) not less than once a fortnight from single-family buildings. 3) The Contractor will receive from the owners of the owners property residing in single-family buildings segregated waste with the following frequency: (a) bags of yellow marked “Metals and Plastics” for plastic packaging waste, packaging waste of metals, multi-plant waste — no less than once a month, (b) bags of green colour marked with 'Glass' for packaging waste of glass — not less often than once per quarter, (c) bags of brown colour marked with 'Bio' for biodegradable waste with particular regard to biowaste — not less often than once per day two weeks between 1 April and 30 October, (d) bags of blue marked “Paper” for paper, paperboard and packaging waste from these materials — no less often than once a month. 4) For multifamily buildings, the Contractor will monitor the degree of filling containers with segregated waste and receiving them will be at a frequency resulting from current needs, but not less often than: (a) containers of yellow color marked “Metals and plastics” for plastic packaging waste, metal packaging waste, waste multi-storey packaging — not less than once a week; (b) containers of green colour marked with 'Glass' for packaging waste from glass — not less than once a month; (c) containers of blue colour marked with 'Paper' for paper, paperboard and packaging waste from these materials — not less often than once a week; (d) bags of brown marked with 'Bio' for biodegradable waste with particular regard to biowaste — no less than once a week during the period 1 April to 30 October. 6) The Contractor shall set bells on the grounds of the Municipality to collection of glass, in public areas, in quantities of a minimum of 10 pieces, agreed with the Ordering Party, which will be systematically drained after they are filled and within 10 days of the completion of the contract, shall remove them from the Municipality and shall weigh the glass in order to transmit mass data waste collected selectively. 6) The Contractor under the contract will order colored bags for the collection of segregated waste and transmit them systematically to the owners of the property in an amount equal to the amount received and provide the possibility of collecting additional bags at the PSZOK section on the territory of the Municipality Warka and headquarters of the Contractor.
