The subject of the contract is the provision of land maintenance services, consisting in mowing grass along with its development, performing cleaning and maintenance procedures indicated in point 1.3.2., Part II of the Terms of Contract (hereinafter: SWZ) as well as snow removal of roofs of buildings, station squares and internal and access roads to PSE S.A. power stations until 31.12.2024 from the date of conclusion of the agreement, with the reservation referred to in § 8 of Part IV of the SWZ. The subject of the order has been divided into five packages (from Package 1 to Package 5). Due to soil and climatic conditions, the number of planned activities that the Ordering Party intends to commission may change and depends on the needs of the Ordering Party.
