The framework agreement covers the procurement of one (1) independent consultant broker, i.e. one (1) supplier who does not provide its own employed consultants but sub-consultants.

The procurement is carried out by negotiated procedure. Since the procurement system Kommers does not allow step 2 to be handled via e-mail and thus limits the way of working, it is advertised in the module for open procedure.
